The debate about working remotely versus working from an office has been raging from about the midpoint of the pandemic. Today we are asking...
Spring means a fresh start and new beginnings for some people. Remember to keep your health, as well as your employees health in mind this spring.

Spring is here, what is your plan regarding health?
At this time of year, the phrase "Hope Springs Eternal" comes to mind across the country especially with Covid 19 in the rearview, the spring season brings all of us outdoors to engage with nature, welcome the fresh air, watch colors turn drab to vibrant green, just an uplifting time of year.
It's also time to get back to basics not only in your homes, change batteries for your smoke detectors, set all of your clocks correctly that are not automatic, check your outdoor water faucets, clean your gutters but what about your own personal and business reset and check up:
Have you individually:
Checked your company benefits to make sure you use what you have paid for?
Made an appointment for your annual physical, dermatology visit, specialist?
Been to the dentist for at least one cleaning and x-rays?
Have you scheduled mammograms, pap smears and colon screenings?
Looked at your Healthcare Spending Account?
As a business leader, have you:
Defined clearly your Return to Office (RTO) Strategy?
Made a point to offer a Health or Wellness Fair for your teams?
Considered offering "onsite preventative dental and medical" events as part of the RTO Strategy?
Thought about the positive impact that a focus on benefits, employee well being, safety and productivity have on your culture?
Spring is always the time for a fresh start every year, be it spring training baseball and planting new flowers but is also the perfect time to re-engage with your most valuable asset, your employees through healthcare and wellness.
Med Bar is the best compliment to "Spring" yourself and your business forward!
