INSTRUCTIONS

1. Peel open packet.

2. Add 6 drops of reagent into TOP HOLE at 90 degree angle.

3. Swab both nostrils for 15 seconds, 1 inch deep.

4. Insert Swab through BOTTOM HOLE - must be visible in top hole.

5.  Rotate clockwise 3 times.

6. Remove adhesive and close. Should look like a lollipop!

7. Keep it down flat on a table and wait 15 minutes.

    2 LINES MEANS YOU ARE POSITIVE
