COVID Testing for Peace of Mind - How to get people back to the office

Written by Tom Nolan | 9/9/21

Work from Home vs Work from Office

The debate about working remotely versus working from an office has been raging from about the midpoint of the pandemic (whatever date that might be as the virus continues to linger on). There is the hybrid model, the delayed decision model, the status model, essential workers versus non-essential and of course the social media posts outlining that anyone who WFH is 100% work, which we all know is not the case, nor should it be.

People are hesitant to return to the office

The question here is: Why are so many people hesitant to return to the office? Most employee surveys show that workers in all industries are not as enthusiastic about returning to the in-person experience of work than most people thought. Is it that employees feel like they are more productive and comfortable at home or are people still hesitant to return due to the new delta variant going around?

Covid Testing as mental health initiative

In recent weeks we have seen a rise in employee anxiety around the more contagious nature of Covid-19 cases due to the delta variant. As a result this caused a rise in Covid-19 testing at the workplace, which we sometimes even consider a mental health initiative. We are helping employers and employees feel more comfortable and at ease when returning to the office. Whether in a small company, large organization, manufacturing/industrial location, school districts or any other industry, covid testing and healthcare, especially in the preventative sense can be used as a fantastic benefit. It provides all associates from the C-Suite to new hires a sense of peace when returning to the workplace. Not just as a safety net, but a "true benefit differentiator". By bringing Covid Testing to your office we can increase your personal and professional productivity as well as give you and your employees peace of mind. Find out more here.
